Every Saturday morning, without fail, our family walks down the quiet streets of Loughrea toward a place that feels more like home than a shop — Rohini Bakery.
What began as a quick stop for coffee and croissants has evolved into a weekly ritual filled with comfort, joy, and delicious smells. The staff always greet us by name, and our usual table by the window somehow always seems to be waiting for us.
My daughter insists on her chocolate chip muffin (warmed slightly), while I go back and forth between the almond croissant and their legendary cinnamon swirl. My husband, ever the creature of habit, is loyal to the crusty sourdough and a flat white.
